For them to always be fully staffed they are so darn slow every single time i pre order. ive been to other smaller locations close by and they definitely all run a better operation than this location. Goodness.

It's usually quite spacious and comfortable inside, though it can get busy in the evenings. The staff here are generally efficient, and most of them seem to recognize regulars, which is a nice touch. Service is quick enough for my commute home.

I get my coffee here almost everyday for a couple years now and I never had any issue. They are nice and friendly and coffee is always good. The complainants giving bad reviews must be divas.

Visited last Friday morning (receipt #668272) and the service while admittedly normally good here it took so long to receive a pastry item I ordered that my caramel macchiato as well as my sandwich item made it into my possession whereas I had to walk out without an item I paid for and purchased in the lemon loaf. And that’s with a staff member acknowledging I had been standing there for more than 15 minutes and checking to see what I was waiting for and simply informed me she was sorry about my wait. Had to exit to avoid being late for work. Someone enjoyed the loaf other than me. Upsetting.

Update: I called they daid they were going to get in touch again. Nothing happened. Today I went again and again the same thing. The only difference is that the cheese is a little more melted but cold. What is going on? And unfortunately this is the only target I have close to me. I order every morning the same thing which is Venti Strawberry Açai lemonade with grilled cheese. This time they gave me a frozen grilled cheese. I notice when I bite it. I turned around to the drive thru(same young lady) and told her. They just looked at me laugh and reorder it but this time was a burned grilled cheese. Forgot to take a picture of that one because as soon I saw it I throw it away.
